POExcel provides a tool to extract structured data from PDF Purchase Orders and convert them into Excel format. We provide both free and paid (PRO) tiers of service.
You are responsible for the data you upload. You must have the legal right to process the documents you submit to the Service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data extracted, as it depends on the quality and format of the original PDF.
You may not use the Service for any illegal purposes or to process sensitive personal identification information. Automated "scraping" or bot-based use of our service is prohibited for free-tier users.
POExcel is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
